I have a small stone at home, a simple rock that I picked up while walking up Slieve Donard, a breathtaking mountain in Northern Ireland. That mountain walk was monumental for me as it marked a turning point in my life. I’d started walking as a w way of managing my mental health struggles, and stepping onto that summit felt like a powerful achievement. To anyone else my little rock would seem insignificant, but to me, it holds immense value and it’s a cherished reminder of my experience.
